The Diversity in the Arts (DITA) Internship Program is transforming Colorado's arts and culture community by fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in leadership roles. DITA places interns in 10-week paid positions at nonprofit host sites, equipping them with the skills and tools to become DEI advocates in their workplaces and beyond.
Administered by the Art Students League of Denver, DITA is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders to build a more inclusive future for the arts.
